font-size: 120%;\">Strawberry Cheesecake from Dad<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 120%; color: #282828;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Growing up, Gail spent most of her time with her mother.\u00a0 Her dad was always busy working.\u00a0 A fond memory they shared was when he bought her a piece of strawberry cheesecake.\u00a0 Till this day she still remembers a sourness that slowly turned sweet \u2014 a representation of her dad\u2019s love.\u00a0 Even though it might not be heard, it could be felt.\u00a0 Especially on the day where tragedy struck and her city was raided, her dad protected her as if she was his last living breath.\u00a0 A love that is so pure, yet never expressed in words.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 120%; color: #282828;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0In Gail\u2019s world, birds are quite a common companion.\u00a0 They could communicate and they had their own abilities.\u00a0 Gail never had much interest in birds, she always thought that they were merely talking decorations.\u00a0 Until one day she stumbled upon a small gloster canary that was lying on the street.\u00a0 She decided to take care of it and soon enough it had a special place in her heart.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_2813\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-2813\" style=\"width: 150px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-thumbnail wp-image-2813\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rpis.ac.th\/home\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/Fah-3-gloster-150x150.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-2813\" class=\"wp-caption-text\"><span style=\"font-size: 120%; color: #282828;\">Gail&#8217;s gloster canary<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><span style=\"color: #282828; font-size: 120%;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Everyone was working hard to rebuild the city.\u00a0 Even though it was hard to tell who she could trust because sugar and salt taste different but look alike.\u00a0 In those desperate moments, someone you once knew could easily trade you for their own safety.\u00a0 Luckily she had Belle, her bird which had the ability to warn her of dangerous people.
