In High School, it&#8217;s much quieter than Mi<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #666699;\"><span style=\"font-size: 120%; color: #808080;\">ddle School; students there are really focused on advanced topics. Middle School seems more relaxed because the subjects aren\u2019t as complex yet. By the second quarter, new Middle School students are more used to studying in English, and it gets easier. RPIS students help each other, especially with difficult subjects like Math. We all like Art and Music \u201cmini-classes\u201d (two lessons weekly). Recently, Art students made Zentangle pattern drawings\u2014with repeating elements. We even decorated our classroom with them. A popular sport here is basketball, and we play other sports too. We\u2019re okay at making baskets\u2014not the best, but not terrible.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> In the past, there was more focus on individual skills, now attention is more on playing as teams. The coach has us doing physical conditioning, so there is a lot of running and climbing. Middle School students often play basketball with the High School<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 120%;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"padding-left: 80px;\"><b style=\"color: #008000; font-size: 120%;\">Do you have lunch and snacks in the RPIS Canteen<span style=\"font-size: 120%; color: #008000;\"><b>?<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 120%;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 120%;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\">\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/h4>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-2469 size-thumbnail\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rpis.ac.th\/home\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/dining-room-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 120%;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Lunch is the main meal and it\u2019s delicious. Some of the food comes from the school garden. The menu is a mix of everything, especially Chinese, Japanese, Western, and Thai food. Sometimes we have Italian dishes, and on Fridays we always include Thai noodles. Students with special dietary needs are always accommodated. We also have snacks twice-a-day in the Canteen (sometimes a nice lady shows up to serve cones and cups of coconut ice cream from her cart). Some of us have been together since Primary School. Some moved to RPIS or to Thailand more recently, and <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">so we are still growing in those friendships. <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is a very welcoming environment, so friendships grow quickly. Also, we have a small number of students per teacher, so we help each other with classwork and also enjoy having fun
